As founding principal of THE PITCHON DESIGN GROUP, Alina has put together a group of professionals she has collaborated with throughout her more than 20 years of experience in the design field; professionals whom she trusts to put forward the optimum design experience for our clients.
With a Master's of Architecture degree from The Columbia Graduate School of Architecture and Planning, Alina has had the privilege of working with I.M. Pei & Partners, Costas Kondylis and Partners and Gal Nauer Architects. She has had a private practice in Connecticut since 1998.
Having worked on a variety of projects -- high-rise residential buildings, a 5-star resort and spa in Gdansk, Poland, The Plaza Las Vegas, The Plaza NYC, the first 350' building to be built in Stamford, CT (Trump Parc), a master plan and residential building for Doha, Qatar, as well as innovative private residences -- she brings a well-rounded and sound approach to any design issue. Due to the varied nature of her experience, Alina also has extensive experience with Planning and Zoning Boards, numerous developers and construction companies, structural and mechanical engineers as well as artists and talented tradespeople.
Her enthusiasm for creating beautiful structures that are a joy to behold and inhabit, her love of people, their stories and her ability to coordinate all participants of a project make her a natural choice as the design professional to put your trust in.
Tony Ialeggio has been a Westport treasure for over 30 years. He has built many of Westport's high-end residences and continues to do so with the same enthusiasm and dedication he showed on his first home.
His integrity and attention to detail, budget and the welfare of his clients make him the ideal partner in the creation of a home.
Building a custom home is an exciting process, but one whose success is based on the seamless collaboration of architect and builder. It is, indeed, a privilege to work with Tony.
Ken has been involved in residential construction since 1975, starting in the trades as a carpenter's apprentice in Shrewsbury, MA., under the tutelage of a well known master carpenter and local builder.
After spending sufficient time learning and absorbing the knowledge necessary to survive on his own, he opened his first company in Connecticut, not only responsible for additions and renovations, but the installation of passive solar redwood framed glass enclosures in particular. Ken opened a second company that, with a small group of investors, constructed speculative homes ranging in size from 2000 to 4000 square feet.
After a number of successful years, Ken decided to upgrade from the existing corporations, opening a third company, concentrating his efforts on the high end residential market, facilitating the renovation and restoration of historic luxury homes in lower Fairfield County. The company eventually evolved into a residential construction management structure which currently produces architect specified and customized one-of-a-kind homes built specifically for private clients with discerning tastes, ranging in size from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet.
Working directly with, and catering to the needs and requirements of, his private clientele and utilizing a select group of extremely talented, hand picked tradesmen, Ken is able to satisfy the wishes and desires of any client who demands a custom tailored product of the highest quality, produced professionally and efficiently, that will exceed even the most demanding expectations on a regular basis
