Peter brings with him a varied expertise that is crucial to the success of any large project. While at Costas Kondylis and Partners, he was responsible for producing zoning and building design feasibility studies focused on site analysis, land-use studies, zoning analysis and building massing studies, and design.
Peter initiated the Hospitality Design and later the Urban Design Groups at CKP. Urban Design and Land-use projects include development of a master plan for a major mixed-use residential development in the Lusail Waterfront District, Doha, Qatar for Qatari Diar, a quasi government development agency.
For Boraie Development’s The Landing at the Peninsula at Bayonne Bay, Bayonne, New Jersey, Peter developed the project’s land-use program, master plan, and building massing concepts and coordinated the project with the local redevelopment authority and city agencies. He also assisted with revising the redevelopment authority’s master plan. For Sam Sung’s Crystal Valley LED manufacturing facility in Tang Jeong Asan, South Korea he developed concept plans, street mapping concepts and building massing alternatives. For Greenpoint Landing in Brooklyn, New York he studied zoning and massing configurations to determine zoning approaches that were adopted in the New York City—Zoning Resolution.
Most recently Peter has worked on conducting land-use analysis, developing master plans and urban designs including The Minsk Library Site, Minsk, Belarus and Rizhskaya Master Plan for Global Development in Moscow.
Previous to Costas Kondylis and Partners, Peter worked at Skidmore, Owing & Merrill (SOM) in New York where he developed the zoning analysis and produced submission drawings for Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, among other large-scale projects.
